Entries in this medium (also referred to as Standee) are displays that promote a film release most commonly in retail outlets or movie theaters.

Industry Type

  • Theatrical- This refers to any feature-length film. This includes any new film title that is released in theaters or at a film festival. This also includes any special engagement content in theaters. This also includes any entries promoting a movie studio.


Categories

  • Banners - Entries in this category are for a long banner bearing a slogan or design, displayed in a public place.
  • Specialty - Entries in this category are for 3-dimensional displays that are displayed outdoors, attached to a wall or building, or hung from a ceiling and may include inflatable displays.
  • Standee - Entries in this category are for flat or three-dimensional standees and may be interactive or mechanical.
  • Other - Entries in this category are for work not defined by any of the available categories.

 

Entry Fees

April 10th - June 14th: $375

June 15th - July 12th: $475

July 13th - Aug 2nd: $575

Campaigns
This medium type is eligible for campaign entries.

  • Campaigns consist of 2 or more pieces in the same medium and category.

For judging purposes, please submit your entry in English.  Non-English entries must be dubbed in English.  In addition, you must also provide an English translation in the “English-Language Translation” box on the entry form.
