LONDON, UK // Liseli is the Director of Football and Music Partnerships at Expedia Group, one of the world’s leading full-service travel brands, with a mission of helping travellers get the most out of every trip they take by providing everything they need all in one place and, above all else, feel supported every step of the way. Expedia Group is currently focused on partnering with football rights holders like Arsenal, Liverpool Football Club, Liga MX and the Mexican Football Federation to make the experience of being a travelling fan an easier and better experience as well as supporting the commercial growth of women’s football.

Over the last 15 years, Liseli has been working in the sports and media industries where she’s gained a wealth of experience in planning and managing marketing campaigns, athlete, and brand partnerships for an array of world-renowned businesses such as Sky Sports, Ferrari, The Wall Street Journal, Beats, Lucozade Sport, Under Armour and DAZN working across the UK, North and South America, Asia, and Africa. In 2020 Liseli found In Her Corner, a podcast dedicated to celebrating and empowering women working at every level of sport on and off the field. Its mission is to make the sports industry more accessible and appealing by shining a spotlight on women making waves across all levels of sport. Through sharing and celebrating the success of these women, In Her Corner, hopes to inspire more women to progress and thrive.

A keen linguist, Liseli speaks Bemba, English, French, and Italian and has lived and worked in over 35 different countries. When Liseli is not sleeping, travelling, or podcasting, she is learning Spanish and serving in Board Member roles with Leaders in Sport and the 3012LEADERs Foundation which she was appointed to help shape diversity, equality, and inclusion strategies for both organisations, particularly in relation to their influence across the wider sports industry. As such she is always keen to connect with people who are open to collaboration on how brands and organisations can better advocate for employees, athletes, and sports fans from underrepresented groups. Outside of her professional work, Liseli serves as an Advisory Board Member for Facing History and Ourselves UK, an educational anti-racism charity supporting teachers and students in standing up to bigotry and hate.
