NEW YORK, USA // Victoria White-Mason is a creative executive with more than a decade of experience at the nexus of law, music, and tech and broad expertise across artist and constituent relations, marketing and brand strategy, strategic partnerships and deal-making. Victoria currently holds the role of Vice President of Marketing at Columbia Records since November 2021 where she oversees campaigns for Beyoncé, Pharrell, Rosalia, Chloe + Halle Bailey, Baby Keem, and Central Cee, among others. Victoria has led campaigns for Beyonce’s COWBOY CARTER + RENAISSANCE, Rosalia’s Motomami and Baby Keem’s The Melodic Blue. Victoria has extensive experience in the entertainment industry and on Capitol Hill, where she built programs for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation centered around creating mentorship + scholarship opportunities for young people of color around the country. Before Columbia, Victoria was the one of the first employees of music-tech startup United Masters, where she touched everything from business formation, brand evolution, and c-suite level recruitment to building the Artist Services infrastructure.

Victoria is a graduate of The #1 HBCU for 13 years and counting, the mecca of Black Girl Magic, Spelman College where she received their Bachelor's Degree in Women's Studies from Spelman College, and later earned her (J.D.) degree at Harvard Law School. While at Harvard, she worked in various music/entertainment capacities, including the Recording Artists Project where she advocated on behalf of aspiring musicians at the Berklee College of Music.

Victoria was named to Billboard’s 2024 40 under 40 list, as well as a Billboard Hip Hop/R&B Power Player for the last 5 years. In her spare time, Victoria is a DJ (w/ residencies in NYC), writer, photographer, freelance music supervisor & public speaker.
