Joanna is a trusted brand ambassador, influential advisor and successful brand builder for both emerging and established talent portfolios. Joanna was named to Billboard’s 40 under 40 List of Young Executives Pushing the Industry Forward in 2020, nominated for several marketing awards from the American Association of Independent Music, and featured in Music Ally’s Behind The Campaign series and Best Music Marketing Campaigns of the Year.

Joanna has held increasingly responsible roles at The Orchard, a global music distribution and artist & label services company, empowering creators in 45+ markets worldwide. She currently serves as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing & Brand Strategy and oversees a large-scale team delivering multifaceted global brand initiatives across digital marketing, brand marketing & communications, video services, creative design, college & lifestyle marketing, and CRM efforts.

Prior to The Orchard, Joanna co-founded FTW! Media (later known as Zero To Sixty Group), a marketing agency specializing in digital & brand strategy for a diverse portfolio of major music companies. While there, she managed daily operations, supervised a team of creatives, and oversaw and executed digital campaigns for Ellie Goulding, La Roux, Feist, Melanie Fiona, Jim James, and others.
