He is responsible for strengthening Arsenal’s connection with supporters around the world, underpinned by a digital transformation project, having built a 100-strong marketing team which includes data and insights, brand, performance marketing and media. The team also includes its very own in-house creative studio. The club has been on a transformational journey over recent years and as part of a revitalized commercial strategy which puts supporters at the heart of everything, the new marketing strategy has driven a renewed connection with ‘Gooners’ around the globe and also puts them at the heart of standout creative work that has been recognized within the industry.

Prior to Arsenal, Adam held several leadership roles at Nike over 14 years within Brand Marketing and Business functions, working across the brand’s biggest innovation stories and global sport and culture moments, including FIFA World Cups and Olympic Games.

Adam is inspired by brands and products that translate consumer insights into winning strategies that come to life through creative excellence and storytelling that connect with diverse global audiences and have the power to drive meaningful action and change.
