Since joining Netflix in 2016, Rani has built a distinguished team of content marketers, adept at launching innovative campaigns that resonate deeply with audiences and capture the cultural zeitgeist.

Rani’s tenure at Netflix is marked by an array of successful campaigns, including cultural phenomena such as Tiger King, Full Swing, Quarterback, Love is Blind, and Homecoming: A Film by Beyoncé. Additionally, she oversaw the marketing efforts for critically acclaimed series like Our Planet, Last Chance U and The Redeem Team. Notably, she helmed campaigns for Netflix’s Academy Award-winning documentaries The White Helmets and American Factory, the former marking Netflix’s first Oscar victory.

Before her impactful journey at Netflix, Rani dedicated nearly a decade to Discovery, where she navigated operations, media, strategy, and creative across numerous brands and initiatives, including Investigation Discovery, Animal Planet, and TLC.

A former lacrosse player and coach, Rani leverages her athletic experience and leadership skills to inspire her team, pushing ideas to new heights and maintaining a steadfast commitment to excellence.
