LONDON, UK // Another hard grey day, Shoreditch, London. Somewhere in his forties, the founder of Intermission Film paces their former corset-making factory HQ wondering how he got there and refusing to be constricted by convention. He is driven, distracted, and passionate in his likes and dislikes, loves and hates.

In 20 years he has gone from making teas for directors, to building a company that has offices in five countries with a team of around a hundred dedicated and talented editors, designers, producers and writers. They are commercially minded, independently spirited with an international outlook. Despite working on some of the biggest films and series of the year his Mum still doesn’t quite get what he does and his son keeps asking him when he’s going to make an actual movie. At least he can still make a good cup of tea.
