Molly Bachman currently leads a dynamic team of 12, including Assistant Editors, Post Coordinators, and Finishers. Nicknamed the “Bachtopus” (with a tattoo to prove it), Molly is the ultimate multitasker, with her tentacles in every aspect of the operation. She excels at perfecting the art of post-production by evolving workflows and protocols, fostering collaboration, and building a strong team spirit.
